Lost Items?If you have lost something in the venue, please contact us and we will do our best to find it for you.

Is there re-entry on the day?There is a strict no re-entry policy on the day except under special discretion. Doors are open from 2pm – Midnight and last entry is strictly at 8 pm for all ticket holders.

PermissionsPlease be aware that by attending our events, you consent to your IMAGE AND VOICE AND LIKENESS being used without compensation in photos, videos, live streams, audio recordings for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, and you release 90s Vs 2000s Festival, The Bizznez Network, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability, on account of such usage.

Is there car parking?We do not have our own parking facilities and parking around the venue on the road is prohibited. There are a couple of nearby car parks, including Bell Place and Dudley Road. However, we highly recommend using public transport whenever possible as the venue is very central to rail, tram & bus stations.

I am a member of the press?We have limited allocation for press, email contact@thebizznez.com and we will tell you in real time if there are still press passes available at the time of your contact.

Is there a smoking area?Yes, we have an outdoor terrace for smokers.

What is the age limit for entry?You must be aged 18 or over. Everyone must present a valid ID when they arrive. The only accepted forms of ID is a valid, in date, Passport, Driving Licence or Home Office approved proof of age card that clearly displays the PASS hologram. 90s Vs 00s Festival Bars will operate a Challenge 25 system – if you look under 25, you will be asked to provide a valid photo ID proving you are 18 or over. Please take it as a compliment and if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, make sure you bring your photo ID with you.

Can we use cash?Yes you can, we also have payment processing machines at all the bars, stalls and food vendors. But please do remember, cash slows things down considerably so will appreciate if you have most of your transactions with cards.

Toilet Facilities?We have large and clean toilets for both genders and disable toilets as well.

Will there be cash machines?No cash machines, please come prepared with your debit, credit or pre-paid cards.

VIP Tickets?VIP ticket holders get's queue jump into 90s Vs 2000s Festival and free entry to our official after-parties.

Cloakroom?We do have cloakroom for storage of your personal belongings on site.

Prohibited Items?Please expect a thorough and strict search as this is a condition of entry especially in these times of heightened security. Bags will also be searched thoroughly Pressurised gas canisters and legal highs are strictly prohibited on site. Anyone found with these items will have them confiscated and may be refused entry. Anything that could cause harm is strictly prohibited. A second search in the presence of the police will result from the discovery of any prohibited items. You cannot bring any liquids into the venue, this includes eye drops & nose sprays, perfume, water bottles etc. However you are allowed to bring SUN CREAM UNDER 50ML and this must be sprayed on your person on entry and also HAND SANITISER, this also must be used on your person on entry. You are allowed to bring prescribed medication on site when accompanied by a doctor’s note or valid medical certificate. Your cooperation with this is appreciated and it is to ensure that everyone attending 90s Vs 2000s Festival has a safe and enjoyable day.

Can I bring my own food & drink?You cannot bring any food or drink into the festival. There are fully licensed bars on-site and a selection of tasty food vendors.

I did not receive my e-ticket?If you have not received your ticket, firstly check your spam/junk folder as depending on your email settings, it might go there. If not there, contact the ticket platform you got your tickets from. Our official ticket partners are Ticketmaster's Universe platform. If you didn't get your tickets from one of this ticketing site, then you don't have a valid ticket for 90s Vs 2000s Festival West Midlands.
